What happens after I place my order?
A:
Your order is processed within 24 hours from receiving
it. We process all orders as they are received, during
business hours 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST, Monday
through Friday. Orders received on weekends are processed
Monday morning.
Q:
When will my report arrive?
A:
Your order, be it an E-mail or an Assembled and
mailed Edition, will be processed within 24 hours
during normal business hours. Printed and bound
reports are shipped via first class mail. We will
notify you of any delay via e-mail. In the event
of a holiday, your report will be processed the
next business day.
Q:
How do I cancel an order?
A:
You may cancel your
order at any time before it has been submitted by
pressing the reset button on the secure order page.
Orders are submitted to us once you click submit
the order button. If you wish to change or cancel
your order after your order has been submitted,
please send us e-mail as soon as possible to [email protected]
Include in the e-mail your name and address, include
the name of the report you ordered. Please indicate
what change you wish to make to your order, or instruct
us to cancel the order. We will reply with a confirmation
via e-mail when we receive your notification.
Q:
How can I pay for my report?
A:
Currently we accept Visa and MasterCard money orders
and checks. In the future, we plan on supporting a
wider-variety of payment methods including American
Express or e-cash. We also plan on offering the option
to phone, fax or mail in your order.
Q:
What if I lose or accidentally delete my report?
A:
In the event that you lose or accidentally delete
your report, Celestial Reasoning is happy to process
one complimentary re-send as a matter of courtesy
so long as we're advised within 30 days of your original
order date. Future requests for additional copies
or requests outside the 30-day window will incur an
additional $5.00 charge. Please direct requests for
